245 no start after new water pump install 200 1991

Hello All,

I replaced the water pump this past w/e. When I went to start it just cranks. It started fine before. Although I had planned to replace the fuel filter in the coming weeks as it has not been done since I owned the car (JUN '06). I started troubleshooting;

1. Jumpered # 4 & 6 fuses and got power to the main pump
2. Replaced w/new main fuel relay
3. Reseated SRS connectectors under drivers seat and b/c SRS idiot light is on and I also noticed the same orange wire into main fuel relay.
4. Checked all fuses/connectors for power and continuity
5. Reseated ECU connector - just in case

I have yet to put power to the in-tank sending unit but I can't see it working one day and not the next.

I have 2 Qs at this point:

1. Where is the 25 amp main fuse on the drivers fender? I see the headlights relay. I see the power block w/ multiple red leads behind that but then there is no main fuse like there is suppose to be.

2 Can there be any connection between replacing the water pump and a no start, is there a reset switch or service something not specified in Bentley's?

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions/input!
