Hard starting all of a sudden 200

1985 245 turbo......Has been starting fine, no problems...suddenly started starting hard. crank it , fires then dies, if you don't feather the gas pedal and get it reving right away it dies and acts like and old american car with a bad choke. After it warms for a minute or two it's fine and will start fine if not let set too long. I'm thinking maybe start injector?????? Any better ideas where the problem might be.
