New Clutch Adjustment 140-160

Everyone,

I just installed a new clutch on the B20 in my 72 145 but I am having some trouble getting it adjusted right. The main adjustment I have been playing with is the thread portion of the cable that goes through the bell housing w/ two adjustment nuts. I have had to adjust the cable so that there are almost no threads on the rear or tranmission side of this adjustment and the clutch engagement is still right near the floor. Is this normal for a brand new clutch? Are there any other adjustments points that I need to worry about?

Thanks,
Brian
