Sure it's a push-button, and not a 4-way (2-axis) toggle? .... 200

There is a pushbutton switch that lies under the hand brake lever to control the dash "hand brake on" warning light -- out and the light's on, in and the light's off. But that's really obvious, so I will assume that you're actually asking about another pushbutton switch.

If that other switch is really a push-button, the P.O. must have installed it for something custom.

There should be two small switches (in addition to the seat heaters) that control the vertical and horizontal adjustments for the two outside rear view mirrors. These switches move on two axises (up and down, and right and left), to move the mirrors accordingly.
