Rust (Access) 200 1986

Hi Everyone,

I've got rust from the front edge of the seat trestle on back to the rear footwell on the driver's side. I'm not sure how wide the damage is, but the only hole is a small one--so far. I'm considering the POR-15 repair kit.

Trouble is, much of the affected area is underneath that rock-solid seat trestle. It looks to me like I can only work from under the car, thus only doing half the job.

Your thoughts, experience and suggestions would help tremendously. This is a very good car otherwise, and I would hate to give up prematurely.

Thanks very much!
