Euro spec B20E (late) 140-160

This is essentially an academic question, aimed at those Europeans, Australians and others that may have experience with subject engine...

It appears the late (1974, at least) Euro B20E was 10.2 to 1 cr, K cam, and CIS injected. Is all of the above true? If so, to what would we attribute the additional 4 DIN hp, when compared to the earlier B20E (10.5 to 1 cr, D cam, D-Jet injected)? The shop manuals show 120 DIN hp for the early engines, and 124 DIN hp for the late (and SAE gross 130 & 135, respectively).
