No spark 200 1979

US 79 245DL will not start. No fuel pump noise, no spark.
I noticed the fuse block was corroded which I cleaned.
Was able to get fuel pumps to run by jumping terminals. However they do not run by just turning on ignition switch.
Checked coil, wires, distributor and pickup. All tested OK.

Could there be another path through fuse block or perhaps another relay somewhere that is preventing the system from energizing?
