Fuse #6 Blowing - 240 200 1993

Having trouble with fuse #6 blowing. This might be a dumb question...are fuse #4 and #6 connected? I mean does current flow from #4 to #6 or vice versus? Maybe this is linked to a grungy O2 sensor connection.

Is #6 connected connected to the battery by the 3 small red wires at the positive connection?

I have not checked the relay yet which could be faulty.
