1998 S90 - multiple electric failures...not always though????? S90-V90

So I have a 1998 S90. Just got it.

Today I noticed the the 'SRS' light was on... AND the radio had cut out, though the security light still flashes.

When i got home, I checked out the fuses and nothing was wrong there. When i turned the car on a little later, everything was back to normal.

Once again, the SRS light was on, radio out... so I decided to check out other systems, here is what is out at the same time:

'SRS' warning light
Radio dead
Horn gone
AC/fan controls dead
dashlights out
wipers out
power mirrors out

Still, there are no fuses blown, I checked all three fuse locations. There are some relays for "power A" and "Power B" which were marked the same, so I switched them to no avail.

Any guesses? Is there a way that I can test relays with a multimeter?

Thanks!
