A couple months ago, he reports the car dies after it gets hot (not in morning, just in afternoon)and every once in a while. He replaced the Fuel relay and it helped for a while. This was after I replaced my FPR for dying after 200 miles or more, and it worked, so I thought I'd look like I knew something -- HAH, wrong.

Now that it is hot in Georgia, it dies every afternoon on the way home from work. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes it's okay. It has a tune up, clean throttle body, flame trap, replacement fuel pump at rail (not in -tank), fuses rolled (all good).

Why does even the new FPR get hot to the touch (& is this normal), can it be in the ignition switch or maybe ECU (I don't know if it is a pink label or not).

I have helped him to the length of my fast and quick answers, so which way can he go now? I see a lot of folks that are asking about the heat on here now ... I guess I am too sorta, huh .... but my 240's don't do it (thank goodness).
