94, 940 wagon won't start easy and has no power when it does start. 900

Hello all. I have a 94, 940 wagon with the Bosch pulse air system. I am having a fit trying to get this thing to start. I have checked the fuel pressure and it is right at 38lbs, the crank sensor has been changed, the coolant sensor has been changed, air flow sensor (020), the cap and rotor, wires and plugs, the TPS checked, the power stage replaced with a working one from another car, both computers, the relay with the 4 prongs for fan and fuel injectors has been changed as well. I removed the fuel rail and connected it up for checking spray pattern and it seems to not want to spray enough fuel, so I went and checked all the grounds, I replaced the coolant sensor again. I then checked the timing belt and that is dead on. So now I am thinking I should change careers. I am in need of a good wiring diagram for this system, or some one with some insight as to what I have overlooked. I am replacing the fuel pressure regulator today, in hopes that it will give more volume to injectors, but I am not hopeful. Fuel relay has been updated to the green relay. I can get the car to start, but it has no power and it seems fine if I keep the RPMs at 2300 or above. The problem happened overnight, it was not something gradual. There is no codes that are being set, which has lead to the frustration. Any help would be great. Thanks, Pauli
