OIl leak throgh top of coil pack hole 900 1992

Took the top cover off today cleaned all ran car and the oil is coming up through the coil pack hole the one closest to the windscreen and oil is running down the back of the engine onto the exhaust. The bolts that hold the cam carrier on near the coil packs are cross threaded the whole four so its not holding tight. Is it a big job to remove and fix.
Also i noticed if i touched the wiring at the back of the engine the fan would cut in and stop so i must have another problem to sought out.
