Please advise if it matters if new thermostat doesn't have air release hole. 700

Hi, according o the FAQ the thermostat needs a hole to let the air out but the only one that AutoZone had (DURALAST) has no such hole. Is it ok to install this, or should i find a different one? also the manual specifies one 197° F (92° C) but this one is 195° F (90° C). would the few degree difference be ok?
