manual window regulator - broken? missing screw? just bent? 200 1983

My manual driver's window was getting stuck at the top when I tried to roll it down (undoubtedly because I've long been in the habit of quickly rolling it up and not slowing down until it crunched into the top of the door...), then it finally just broke loose and the glass fell down inside the door. Took the regulator out, but don't know what I'm looking at.

I assume this is supposed to be all attached together? Don't see any threads on the back side of that big screw looking thing on the short part. That top tooth on the curved part is bent; can I just bend it back?
