Non-V8 swap? 120-130

I've been in process of swapping in a Ford Focus Zetec 2.0L. I'm using the full Focus wiring and making it an OBD-II compatible car both for tuning and diagnostics. Transmission is a T9 out of a Merkur using an imported Cosworth Sierra bellhousing.

My goal is about 140hp, which should be a spirited drive (ratios of the T9 are very close to the Volvo transmission except there is the overdrive 5th) and return over 40mpg. I want it to be a year-round daily driver that is light and fun; I'd like to drive it Trans-Canada next year (I've crossed the US several times already).
