Broke Banjo bolt on Fuel Filter line - please read 700

This was my first attempt at replacing the fuel filter. After replacing new filter, I first tightened the fuel line coupler side but when I tightened the other side, the rubber line was at an angle so I loosened it and retightened it and of course it leaked as the crush washer was now compromised and on further tightening to stop the leak, I broke the banjo bolt :( I went to all the auto parts stores looking for a banjo bolt with no luck, today I will be looking in the bone yard. The rubber hose is a little broken at the edge (see photo) it wasn't leaking from here but I attached a hose clamp here just in case, do you think I need to replace the whole line? I'm about to embark on a 2700 mile journey in August and I cant take chances. please tell me what you guy's would do.
Thanks alot
Alan
