Door & Fender Trim 200 1986

It is a bit of work to remove the trim and more work to remove the glue left behind. Then you have to clean up the trim so you can apply new double side trim tape.It is a lot of work,I know i took mine off to have my car repainted.I did not trust the body shop to remove all the trim the way I wanted it done although they said they would. They will charge you for the labor but just tape it off. i removed ALL the trim, mouldings, locks, rubber seals and anything else that wasn't welded to the car. I decided to paint that lower moulding flat black with Sem tim and bumper paint.Clean it,lightly sand it and spray away.To me it looks better black.
