Intermittent stall on 1991 240, all dash lights come on , then it starts right back up 200

This happened on my way into work this morning, so I have not had time to check anything yet, so please excuse me posting before having a chance to check codes or anything else yet.

I am supposed to go to a wedding this weekend that is 150 miles away, so this adds some urgency to my problem, as I was going to take this car on the trip.

I have a 940t doing the exact same thing. Stalling intermittent when coming to a stop, all dash lights come on, and starts right back up.

I have had this car for 2 1/2 years, and have not changed the fuel filter. I have tried multiple times to change the filter, but I have found that unless you have an impact, the banjo bolts are next to impossible to get loose. I don't have time now to change the filter, or much else as I have to work Saturday, and leave for wedding on Sunday.

I may clean the IAC and see if that makes any difference. But at this point, I don't have a whole day, or much time to dig into this.
