i just bought a 1989 740-good motor and tranny,i have a volvo penta carb set for a b21/23 and a mechical fuel pump.if i work it up,can i install the 740 motor and tranny in a 1967 122 wagon? up work the throttle cable and cut out the tranny housing out of the 740 and install it in the 122 wagon.can anybody tell me anything else? or can it work? or is this ideal a bad one? thanks
