Tranny Mount Welded Nut Broke Loose! 900

I'm replacing the Rear Main Seal on my '93 945T.

One of the nuts that's welded to body that secures the transmission mount broke free when I was removing the bolt. I was able to cut the bolt out with Sawzall and metal blade... but now will only have three of the four mounting points for the tranny mount.

I think it would *probably* be secure enough with just three bolts, but would like to repair/replace the broken one if possible. I have a good AC/DC stick welder, but don't think I could get a decent bead welding upside-down. (a more experienced weldor would be able to do it with the right equipment, but I'm not a very experienced, and I don't have MIG or TIG.)

Any thoughts on a solution?

Also, any thoughts or experience on simply running it with only three of the four mounting bolts?

Thanks in advance.
