A/C fittings and hose 200

I'm going to be making new A/C hoses for my 1990 and need to figure out what all the hose and fittings sizes are. The only thing I think I know is that the fitting coming to and from the drier are 5/8-18 and the low side hose is 1/2 #10. I also purchased a 1993 parallel flow type and will be installing that. Any information on the fitting sizes would be much appreciated.
