Timing gear cover/crank shaft seal 120-130

Changing out timing gear cover on B18 while installing 140 B20 double pulley for A/C.

I saw something mentioned about updated neoprene seal to replace front crankshaft felt seal and metal washer.

Is such a neoprene seal available? Is it stocked by Usual Suspects? Is metal washer still used?

Any better/improved gasket for timing gear cover (418269) to B18 block?

Does R&R of cover require changing oil pan gasket?
