Custom fender badge 120-130

Using aluminum, and I've been reading up on small batch room temp home anodizing. The smallest cutter is a 1/32 endmill, the thing looks like a toothpick. I'd like to do a mold, I know mastercam can easily make the code from the geometry I've already drawn, but I only have two weeks of school left and still have a lot of other personal projects I want to knock out. I'm really into electric bicycles, and have a number of custom parts I want to make for my e-stretch cruiser. I've got all the mastercam stuff saved, so how far I go with this right now kind of depends on the facilities at whatever shop I work at after graduation. For now I'm going to look into getting them anodized at a shop and see what the cost would be.
