not starting on petrol

Are your zero-degree mornings 0°F (-18°C) or 0°C (+32°F) ?
How old is your petrol?
Is your LPG Butane, Propane or a blend?
If the temp is REALLY zero (°F) it could be that your petrol has a smidge of water in it
that is freezing. And Butane is hard to make go at that temp also, since its vapor pressure is atmospheric at about 10°F, which I would guess is about -12°C.
Colder than that, butane stays liquid.
