Volvo 780 4 Cyl Oil Leak 700 1990

I have had this 780 a little over a year now and love it!
I drove it to work today and on the return trip the oil light flickered and I thought nothing of it because it flickered once then when i was almost home it started flickering more. I parked it and went inside and later came out to find out what the deal was with the light well needless to say I was met by a nice puddle of oil underneath the car and when I opened the hood the area around the water pump has oil underneath it. I removed the timing belt cover to find that it to was covered in oil.
What seal seems to be the issue here and if I have the timing belt already off would you suggest I just replace the water-pump and all the seals in the vicinity and what seals would they be?
I will try to get a couple pictures up.

Thanks in advance,
