I think you're describing a problem with the trigger points at the base of the distributor. They fire the injectors in pairs. If one side is bad, explains why two of your injectors aren't firing. Easy to test if you have a meter. Disconnect the plug at the base of the distributor. Connect you meter lead to center and left terminal. crank engine--meter should jump as points open and close. Repeat the process using the center and right terminal. Same thing should happen. If it doesn't, the points are dirty or worn.
