Unusual Cylinder Head???? 120-130

I have two cylinder heads, a '71 "E" FI head and a B20 cylinder head. The carb head looks like the FI head but not drilled for the injectors (looks like they just have to be drilled out); there is no part number cast into the carb. head. Between the 6 and 7th valve, under the rocker arm is a raised plate that has "5" and "816" below and "7" with "SAG" below the 7. It is a big valve head with a cleaner intake port design than the FI head. It is about 1/8th inch thicker than the FI head. HELP HELP HELP what do I have here?
