Fuel Injections not firing 1800 1973

George, Thanks for the ideas. The distributor has only the two wires coming out of it for the FI. I disconnected both wires and touched the Neg cable to the post and had the same results, just 2 & 4 squrited. This tells me it's ECU controlled and not the points at the bottom of the distributor or the "brain" in the 123 on start up. I did try the "paper test" but put each injector in a paper cup and hit the key for 10 secs. Each injector fired off and put out about 5ml in each cup. it looks like they are working at least part of the time. I think I have the worst type of problem - intermittent. When I had the ECU out last week I cleaned the contacts on the connecting board and coated the contacts with contact cleaner. I think the connections are good, but could be a wire from the ECU to ??? Any thoughts on this one
