Airbox from a 140 work? 120-130

Sure it would, Skip.
I have one on one of my 122 wagons with HIF6 carbs. You have to make sure you have holes to match the vents in the air cleaner flange of the carbs you use. I started with one from Zenith Stromberg 175CD2 carbs and first adapted to HS6 carbs and then to HIF6s so they are pretty ragged around the mounting holes.
I should make a reinforcing plate with ONLY the right holes!
If you can start with one that came from the right carbs the first time you are a couple jumps ahead!
