Ignition Timing 120-130

I apologize for my response Dave, as I was thinking of the vacuum advance type, and you may be right, perhaps it IS stuck. I only say that because when I put the light on it, and rev it up, the timing marks does not seem to move, is stays on the 19˚ that I set it at. Is that an indication that it's stuck?

I may end up getting more parts from you afterall... We'll see.
