Anyone in Portland Oregon area willing to lend me a hand? 120-130

I need help. I don't have the funds to take it to a shop, otherwise I would. I don't have much to offer, except maybe some cold refreshments...

Anyways, 2 things:

First, I need help removing my crankshaft pulley to get to timing cover to replace the fiber timing gear (at least I'm pretty sure this gawd-awful noise is coming from, as suggested by other members on the BB).

Secondly, and mostly, I need help tuning these new SUs I got from Rhys. I'm at my wits end and can't figure out why I can't get them set up right, other than the fact that I'm not SU savvy, and I'll probably end up on the Loony Bin if I can't get them right. I'm goin' nuts. I was going to buy a Weber conversion versus getting new carbs, but everyone I talked to advised against it and so I got these. However I'm half tempted to throw my old SUs back on. At least they were mostly set right. I'm beginning to think my only problem with my old ones may have just been a broken choke return spring... But these new ones ARE shiny and nice (thanks again Rhys!).

The car is a '65 122 with B20B.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much.
