Make my own flame-trap relocation kit... need 1 piece of hose? 200

Hello. I took a look at my flame trap and where it's located the other day.

Looks like the tube out the top of the oil trap/breather box is cracked. I want to relocate it to above or flush with the manifold, and to replace the tubing. I could spend the $18 on a kit, but it looks like I can just buy some heater (or oil resistant) hose for $5 and use that.

Does anyone know the correct ID for the riser tube and the tube to the intake? Looks like about 3/4-1" to me, or 20-25mm.

Cheers!
