Where can I have VDO trip odometer serviced/rebuilt?

Figure someone turned reset knob wrong way at some point.

The main odometer works and seems accurate. The center digit wheeel on the trip meter sticks. It can be reset to all zeros, but center wheel then sticks around 8-9 each time.
