auto tranny rumble and vibration 200 1989

Hello to all. My problem is with the auto tranny of my 89 240. When i reach the speed of about 50 mph i get this vibration and rumble from the tranny it alsmot feel like an unbalace tire or like something is of set not center, after 50 and before 50 is smooth and quiet. Any ideas or experience, nothing have change i went on vacation for 2 weeks car stay in the driveway and now this. HELP Thanks
