Caugh at first throttle up// 240 1991 200

I have done just about everything except replace the fuel filter. But when I give it the first bit of gas to rev it up the engine slightly hesitates and works through the bog and runs fine. This also happens at a full stop and then go situation too.
Here is what I have done so far just for maintenance and some out of necessity.

Brake rotors
Brake pads
one new brake caliper
Left and right rear wheel bearings with seals
new starter
timing belt
engine crankshaft seal and two camshaft seals
Air breather (flame trap)
water pump
Thermostat
all new drive belts
spark plugs
spark plug wires
distributer cap
distributor rotor
new air box thermostat
air filter
cleaned throttle body
front left and right turn signal lens'
rear cam shaft plug retainer (IPD)

Would really like to get this running smoother and was thinking fuel filter or injecting cleaner.

Any thoughts very helpful!
Thanks
Judd
