That '89 244: found no start problem; now can't find fuel pump relay. Where'd it go? 200

From previous post, and good tips here, I discovered that the jumpering of fuse 4 to 6 turned on my pump and car started. So I pulled the glove box to grab the fuel pump relay. I DID this before, maybe 6 years back. Even have the re-soldered relay as a spare now. Even wrote on the box that the FP relay is located under dash, right side, near computer. Now I can't find the relay at all !!!!!!

Disgusting because I replaced it once.

There is one stray, six-blade relay, white, under there, but with a completely different p/n. The one I put in from ipd 6 years ago was p/n 3523608. Orig. has ending number xxx603.

Relay location sheet says relay is clipped to metal just under glove box, behind sheet metal.

I don't even know what to ask for for help !!

?????

Dennis
