P1800 No Electrical all of teh sudden 1800 1967

My '67 Volvo P1800 was fully restored about 10 years ago. Just checked out in the shop a few months, had it driving then and just drove it yesterday. Today, I go to start it, it starts to kick over ... almost there, pump the gas, try the ignition switch a 3rd time, and now NO POWER AT ALL! No click, no interior/exterior lights ... but they were just on moments ago? I check the "brand new" battery and it's fully juiced. Does anyone know why on earth the electrical just cut out, and I can't start the car? Please help, and thank you for any advice.
