With gas so expensive here is something that really helped me.

Rotor + Cap!

Without points to set it's easy to forget to replace the rotor and cap. I filed the rotor to remove arc marks and that made the engine run much smoother so I replaced the cap and rotor. Now I get 25 mpg on the highway at 60 mph!
