thread is a little scattered.
You say no pressure after bleeding.
But do you get enough pressure to bleed at the no pressure brake?
Also have you replaced the rubber flex line?
These are famous for blocking.
The whole set up is not rocket science, but a pressure bleeder will help diagnose things a bit.
Also have you considered you put the prop valve back together incorrectly?
