142 brakes and seat questions 140-160

Can I fit 240 front seats in the 142? If I can, what would it involve me doing? Will a 240 seat have enough space for the D jet confuser underneath? Also, it sounds like my back brake calipers are sticking to the rotors because before I come to a complete stop, I hear a metal to metal, scraping sound emanating from right rear wheel. I just had my Front brake pads, rotors and cables replaced because the brake hoses were so clogged with 40 years of build up that it was actually making the calipers drag on the rotors. Correct me if I'm wrong but, I'm assuming the same thing is happening in the back now.
