Trying a FWD

Try Volvospeed.

Personally I agree with the old Volvo ad that mentions that Ferrari, Mercedes, all formula ! cars, etc are rear wheel drive. I think that front wheel drive is cheaper to manufacture.

However my 855R is a very capable car and has performed VERY well in a couple of avoidance maneuvers and sudden stops. In the last issue of Rolling, there is a story about 850s written by a dyed-in-the-wool RWD advocate. He takes a ride with an engineer who explains that the delta link rear suspension actually steers in sudden turns.

Volvo did clean up in sedan racing with their 850 wagon until they were outlawed because "the wagon body blocked other driver's vision"

Volvo converted the wagons to sedans by cutting the roofs off!
