Right Door Lock will not Open 200 1989

You'll have to remove the door panel to take a look.

It's unusual that it would seize since the plunger is attached to the door lock solenoid which offers little resistance to movement.

If you are referring to the rear door, then there's a child safety feature to only allow opening from the outside. Open the door and look for a small lever on the edge between the latching mechanism and the interior panel.
