Small Volvo/VDO Tachometer Wiring and gauge questions 200 1990

Hi

I have a the small Volvo VDO tachometer gauge that I plan on installing in my 90 244.

Two questions considering it-

Where is the best place to connect the + light bulb connection (grey wire) of the tachometer?

And do I connect the unused wire terminal behind the instrument cluster (I think it's grey wire with red stripe) to the + connector of the tachometer itself? Right now it has a blue and red wire with piggyback connector on the opposite end (which is how it arrived).

I plan on doing both the tachometer and the small Volvo VDO voltmeter gauge at the same time (voltmeter-per Art's instructions).

I will be keeping the large clock obviously but I need to replace capacitors-anyone know the cap values before I tear into it?

Thank you

Travis
