Chime Won't Quit 200 1991

The cabin chime in our '91 240 wagon won't go off.

I checked the door switch and it looks okay, though the dome light won't go off with all doors closed and the switch in the forward or aft position (not sure which is the "constant on" and which position is the "door open".

I'd pull the chime out if I could find it.
