Timing Question - No Start - HELP!?!?!?! 120-130 1967

Hey guys,

I'm having a hard time getting my 122 to fire now that "Franken-motor" has been installed. B20E block/head bored to 2130cc. Block shaved .028. Head shaved .040. Isky Cam .480 lift, 310 duration. Twin 2bbl Mikuni-Solex PHH40 carbs (think DCOE). 2.75" exhaust header. Cometic MLS headgasket. Crane Fireball XR700 igntion. Mallory Pro Master Classic coil. Electric fuel pump set to 3.5PSI.

Now that I'm done bragging....

I'm getting fuel to the floats. You can smell/feel fuel on the plugs when I've pulled them. I know I am getting spark (verified by pulling plug and grounding to car). I'm just not getting it timed right to get it to ignite the fuel. Any suggestions for setting the timing would be VERY greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Nate Courtright
