brake rotor 120-130 1966

There is a shudder in the front when I apply brakes and turn left. It could be because the wheel bearings were adjusted too loose, I think. Or it could be the rotors need turning. So I removed the rotors. The green book says they should be at least .48 inch after turning. Mine are .40 and .38, before turning, and one of them has deep grooves. Also I made a mistake and removed the 2 bolts holding one caliper together, and then I put them back in and tightened them. Green book says that is a bad thing. I am inclined to take them out and put loctite on them and tighten them back up. If anybody has a torque figure I will use that.

So these are my questions. I hate to take these rotors in to a shop and be told they are unusable and then be stuck searching for replacements. IPD doesn't list them. Rockauto doesn't list them either. Maybe they are extinct.
