Rear Trailing Arm Bushing Tool - want to be 100% certain on correct parts 200

I'm sure I posted this already, but then I couldn't find it!?

I've read many posts online about the home-made, Rear Trailing Arm Bushing Tool found here:

http://www-ese.fnal.gov/People/wilcer/volvo_trailing_arm_bushing_tool.htm

But I'm in Australia, so I can't just drop in to Home Depot around the corner. However I do have friends in the USA who could gather all the parts for me - but I note some people had difficulty finding the correct coupler.

So does anyone have a 100% correct list of all the actual part numbers, that I could simply give to my friends in the US? That they could just hand the list to a staff member, and know they are getting all the correct parts?

Oh - and I understand why they remove the thread from part A (so it can slide back and forth inside the coupler). But what's the reason for filing the top of the end cap flat?
