oscilating Idle quesion (83 240) 200

I have a nice 83 240 sedan with under 200K miles that runs amazingly well but has a slight 50 - 100 rpm oscillation at idle which looks like it's centered at about 750 rpm by the dash tach. Does this sound like a dirty IAC valve? Or? I hesitate to tear into it because it otherwise runs just like it shouold, but this idle bothers the primary driver (my daughter)....any suggestions for fixing this and making her happy would be much appreciated!
