No start 200

Had alternator problems this weekend. Seems the little red wire from the pos battery terminal was broken. Reattached and all was well but the 25 amp fuse holder was a bit hot and melty. It was still starting until today when, before I even tried, I went and got a new fuseholder, installed it, and now all crank and no start, I skipped the holder entirely and same result. What did I kill?

Thanks,
Bill
