93', 240, broken driver's interior door pull handle 200 1993

I removed the door liner to replace the exterior door handle, but when I remover the arm I broke that female socket (the one you have to rotate to disconnect). I don't know how I can attach the pull handle. I don't know what that "bayonette" attachment is called to do a search for the part, even if you can get it?

Suppose I cannot get a replacement; how would you attach the top of the pull to the door? Please help so I can get my door back together.

Also, where do you go to get used parts on the web?
